ONIDI AT THE START IN SILVERSTONE. SALAQUARDA, VERVISCH AND BONANOMI AIMING AT THE TOP TEN.
20/05/2015 - More than one month down the road after Monza's opener, the Blancpain Endurance Series will be back on track in Silverstone (GB) for the second round of the season.

Fabio Onidi has completely recovered from the injuries he sustained in the unlucky incident happened in qualifying and is more motivated than ever, together with his co-equipers Andrea Roda and Anders Fjordbach, to complete the three hours long race with a good result at the wheel of the number 74 Audi R8 ultra.

Filip Salaquarda, Frédéric Vervihreesch and Audi works driver Marco Bonanomi will aim to show that potential that has only partially emerged in Monza in such a way to get the first points of the season on the number 75 car.

The weekend's programme features free practice and pre-qualifying on Saturday, while drivers will be busy with qualifying and race (at local 14.45) on Sunday.

Igor Salaquarda (I.S.R. racing, Team Principal):
"Monza has not been particularly lucky for us and we could say that our season in Blancpain Endurance Series is set to start from Silverstone. We are very happy on Fabio's timely recover ahead of this race. He, Andrea and Andreas are driven by a strong motivation that will surely be translated into positive energy in the race. Marco, Filip and Frédéric will race with the main objective of getting into the final top-ten and they will have to work well since qualifying. Rain can be a tricky unknown to master in Silverstone therefore special care to strategy will be needed".
